After four and a half years of exceptional leadership, the InHome Care SA staff united to celebrate the retirement of our CEO, Penny. Joining the organisation in 2020 and stepping into the CEO role in 2021, Penny guided our team through growth, change, and major milestones that strengthened our services and enriched the care we provide to our clients.

Her leadership was defined by clarity of purpose, compassion for people, and a deep commitment to quality. Under her guidance, InHome Care SA advanced its governance systems, embraced strategic reform, navigated accreditation and sector-wide change, and continued building a strong culture centred on collaboration and person-centred care.

Penny’s legacy is reflected not only in organisational achievements but in the people she inspired, staff, clients, partners, and stakeholders who experienced her warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of older South Australians.
